OPENING KEYNOTE JULY 1
REBALANCING AND WELLBEING
Dr. Michelle Malkin will introduce the idea of leading the well-balanced life through nutrition, exercise, and sleep.
In a previous life, Dr. Malkin worked for some of the largest pharmaceuticals developing ways to heal the body through medication. In 2010 after a serious health scare she turned her thoughts inward and toward her own health moving forward. With the help of her son who had started an organic farm supplying food to local markets in the Portland, Oregon area they developed a new way of eating, a new way of exercise, and a new way to sleep.
